About Utkarsh Global FoundationUtkarsh Global Foundation is a Mumbai-based NGO working in animal welfare and community development, operating animal hospitals, rescue initiatives, and large-scale Animal Birth Control (ABC) programs.
Role OverviewWe are hiring an HR & Hospital Operations Executive to manage HR functions and support daily hospital operations, working closely with doctors and on-ground staff.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment (doctors & blue-collar roles)
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination & HRMS (Keka preferred)
- Handle employee grievances & discipline
- Support hospital operations & staff coordination
- Maintain HR records & documentation
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical & support teams
Requirements- 2–5 years experience in HR Operations / Hospital HR
- Experience in payroll coordination & HRMS tools
- Experience managing doctors & blue-collar workforce
- Strong coordination & problem-solving skills
- Healthcare / hospital experience preferred
