Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, based in Bangalore Urban. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR Recruitment end to end & HR operations, including employee relations, handling employee benefits, administering HR-related programs, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role involves addressing employee concerns, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in End to end IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including employee relations and talent management
- Knowledge in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
