Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager/Head - Hospital located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager/Head will oversee the hospital’s human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities also include developing policies, managing employee benefits, addressing staff concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and contributing to the strategic HR direction of the hospital.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Experience in Employee Training, Development, and Leadership Coaching
- Knowledge of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Employment Standards for hospitals
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to lead HR teams and collaborate effectively with various departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR management is mandatory
