About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and elevate our HR operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching to leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Drive employee development programs and manage talent retention strategies.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
