🎬 We're Hiring: HR Manager | Creative Agency | Full-time, On-site
We build high-end campaigns and content and we use AI to push what's creatively possible. Now we need an HR Manager who understands both worlds.
This isn't a typical HR role.
You'll shape our entire team hiring directors, editors, designers, strategists, and production pros. But here's what makes this role different: we want someone who can also identify and attract AI-ready talent. Someone who personally uses AI tools, and can spot that same adaptability in others.
The future of creative work is human + AI. You'll help us build the team that proves it.
👉 What we need from you:
→ 5+ years in HR, ideally in a creative agency, production house, or marketing firm
→ Real experience hiring creative, content, and strategy roles
→ Deep understanding of campaigns, content production & marketing
→ Personal comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
→ Ability to assess AI readiness and adaptability in candidates
→ A proactive, people-first mindset with sharp structured thinking
👉 What you'll own:
→ End-to-end recruitment for creative, production & strategy roles
→ Building a hiring process that evaluates both creativity and AI fluency
→ Employer branding, culture, onboarding & HR operations
→ A direct seat at the leadership table
