Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager - BPO (Bulk Hiring) based in Thane. The HR Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-volume hiring processes, managing end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles, and maintaining a demand-driven talent pipeline. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offer rollouts, and working closely with hiring managers to understand and meet recruitment needs efficiently. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics to ensure targets and staffing needs are met within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing bulk hiring, recruitment strategy, and end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, compliance, and recruitment technologies
- Familiarity with employing sourcing tactics and databases to acquire top talent
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment is an advantage
