🚀 Hiring: HR Manager / Lead HR (Talent Acquisition Focus)
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Role Type: Full-time (Onsite)
💰 Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager / Lead HR professional to drive end-to-end HR functions with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams to build high-impact teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
Own and drive end-to-end hiring across business-critical roles
Hire for:
- Department Heads (Sales, Procurement, Operations)
- Mid-level & junior roles across functions
- Collaborate with leadership to define hiring mandates
- Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and vendors
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → coordination → offer → closure
- Ensure quality hiring with fast turnaround time
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HRMS systems
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes
- 3. Business HR & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact for business teams and leadership
- Partner with founders on workforce planning and team structuring
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
4. HR Administration & Compliance
- Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance frameworks
5. Culture & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support internal communication and team-building activities
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP / Talent Acquisition roles
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or startup environments
- Strong experience in hiring across functions (including mid-senior roles)
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, HR tools, and recruitment platforms
