Role Description
- Human Resources professional with 2-4 years of experience specialising in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling, and exit management
- Effectively manage employee relations
- End-to-end talent acquisition from sourcing, CV shortlisting, scheduling, defining grade and salary fitment and handling salary negotiations
- Drafting and managing vendor contracts for recruitment purposes
- Conduct pre-employment checks, issue an appointment letter and receive acceptance of the candidate
- Maintain data related to open positions and the status of recruitment on a real-time basis
- Performance Management system and Reward management for the entire Green Energy business
- Conceptualise, design and deliver an induction program for new joiners
- Define and determine the Organization design for upcoming businesses
- Streamline the reporting structure to optimise the resources available
