Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee a variety of HR functions including talent recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing onboarding and training processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves performance management, team engagement activities, and support for organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Experience in crafting and implementing HR policies and processes
- Proficiency in performance management and employee development strategies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or leisure industry is advantageous
