Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Weben Industries in Pune City. This is a full-time and on-site position. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance. The role involves strategizing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our company goals, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment, and ensuring employee satisfaction and organizational growth. The HR Manager will also develop training programs, monitor HR metrics, and ensure adherence to legal and ethical workplace standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
- Experience in performance management, handling employee relations, and implementing HR policies
- Proficiency in HR-related tools and software, along with data reporting and analysis skills
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and workplace ethics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Leadership and organizational skills to handle diverse teams and multitask effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or fashion industry is advantageous
