Role Description
The HR Manager at VoltUp will oversee and execute key human resource functions to foster an engaged and high-performing work environment. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, developing HR policies, implementing employee engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, training and development initiatives, and performance management processes to support organizational growth. This is a full-time onsite role based in Mumbai.
Qualification: PG Diploma/Degree in HR
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, sourcing strategies, hiring partner coordination, and onboarding
- Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll, reimbursements, HRIS (FactoHR), F&F, and insurance (WC, GMC, GPA) including claims and renewals
- ESOP Management: Handle grant, vesting, exercise processes and manage dashboards (Vega, Nuvama) with stakeholder coordination
- HR Operations: Supervise onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HR processes
- Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity), audits, returns, actuarial valuation, and vendor compliance
- Employee Engagement & Experience: Drive engagement initiatives, grievance handling, retention strategies, and workplace improvements
- Training & Development: Lead compliance and system-based training programs
- Performance Management: Oversee JD, KRAs, and performance review processes
Skills Required:
- Strong HR operations & compliance expertise
- Proficiency in HRIS (FactoHR) and MS Office
- Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask with a high accuracy (zero-error approach)
