Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and compliance with HR policies. The role involves employee engagement, policy implementation, training and development, and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning, resolve employee concerns, and drive initiatives aligning with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Skills in employee engagement, training, and development
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace diversity initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with leadership effectively and provide strategic HR insights
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
- Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage
