Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will support the development and implementation of HR strategies, manage HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management. The specialist will engage in employee relations, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Specialist will collaborate with department leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and support talent development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management
- Understanding and experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a cross-functional team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a creative or technology-driven organization is a plus
