Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Noida. The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering a productive work environment, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. The HR Manager will also be involved in training, conflict resolution, and establishing policies that align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Skills in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in HR Compliance, Policy Development, and Labor Law Adherence
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to foster an inclusive and engaged work culture
- Knowledge of training program design and employee development strategies
- Experience in HR Software and HR Analytics is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
