Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Noida, for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and workplace standards. Additional responsibilities include creating and managing training and development programs, performance management, and supporting organizational growth through efficient workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with designing and executing training and development programs.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications in HR or management will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in infrastructure, construction, or related industries is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and confidentiality.
