Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities may include performance management, employee training, and contributing to the organizational development strategy to support the company's growth and expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
- Expertise in implementing HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance, as well as general HR regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and contribute to workforce planning and strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a significant advantage
