Role Description
The HR Manager role at The Falcon Technology is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee benefits programs, maintain workplace policies, and act as a bridge between employees and senior management to foster a productive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including interviewing, screening, and onboarding
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution strategies
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Labor Laws
- Performance Management and Employee Development expertise
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
