Job Title: Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Manager
Location: KosmoOne IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai.
Job SummaryThe Senior HR is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including statutory compliance, payroll management, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and time office operations, and employee engagement initiatives. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance· Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
· Coordinate statutory filings, audits, and inspections.
· Maintain accurate statutory records and documentation.
2. Payroll Management· Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
· Manage payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
· Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory payments.
3. Attendance & Time Office Management· Monitor employee attendance, shifts, leave records, and overtime.
· Maintain time office records and ensure accuracy of employee work hours.
· Address attendance discrepancies and maintain reporting.
4. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
· Manage job postings, recruitment agencies, and candidate pipelines.
5. Employee Life Cycle Management· Handle complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
· Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel files.
· Ensure smooth employee experience throughout their tenure.
6. Induction & Onboarding· Conduct employee induction programs for new hires.
· Ensure proper onboarding documentation and orientation.
· Introduce company policies, culture, and processes.
7. Employee Retention & Engagement· Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Address employee concerns and grievances.
· Support performance management and employee development programs.
8. Joining & Exit Formalities· Manage joining documentation and onboarding procedures.
· Conduct exit interviews and handle full & final settlement coordination.
· Ensure proper clearance process during employee exit.
Required Skills· Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
· Payroll and statutory compliance expertise.
· Recruitment and employee relations skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Qualifications· MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role.
