Job Title: HR Manager (Operations, Compliance & Culture)
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Experience: 4–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA (based on experience & capability)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and employee discipline.
This role is critical to ensure smooth daily operations, strong process control, and a disciplined work environment while supporting team growth.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. HR Operations & Workforce Management
Manage daily attendance, leave tracking, and working hours discipline
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR database
Ensure smooth execution of joining, onboarding, and exit processes
🔹 2. Payroll Coordination & Data Accuracy
Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives)
Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely salary processing
Ensure zero-error payroll data and documentation
🔹 3. Compliance & Legal
Ensure full compliance with:
PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment
Maintain proper employee documentation and statutory records
Stay updated with labor law changes and implement them
🔹 4. Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviews → onboarding)
Ensure fast hiring turnaround for business-critical roles
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring roles (sales/support)
🔹 5. Employee Management & Discipline
Act as the first point of contact for employee issues
Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
Ensure adherence to:
Office timings
Leave policies
Performance expectations
🔹 6. HR Process & Policy Implementation
Maintain and enforce HR policies and company guidelines
Build structured processes for:
Attendance tracking
Leave approvals
Exit formalities
Improve HR efficiency using HRMS tools
🔹 7. Reporting & MIS
Share weekly and monthly HR reports, including:
Attendance & punctuality
Attrition & hiring status
Team discipline metrics
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations & compliance
Hands-on experience in attendance, payroll inputs, and HR MIS
Good understanding of labor laws, PF, ESIC
Strong control over employee discipline and policy enforcement
Proficiency in Excel / HRMS tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
