Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also implement training programs and provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, and workforce planning
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Experience in payroll management, HR compliance, and performance evaluation processes
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not required
