Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will lead key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves managing employee engagement activities, performance appraisals, and career development plans, as well as collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. The HR Manager will also oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure company policies reflect a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Proficient in employee relations, performance management, and development of HR policies
- In-depth understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational standards
- Experience in benefits administration, payroll management, and employee engagement programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate or related industry is preferred with minimum 1 year of working experience
