We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for our engineering consultancy, including recruitment, employee management, compliance, and coordination for both office and site teams
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for office and site staff
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Ensure discipline, employee engagement, and grievance handling
- Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Coordinate manpower planning with project teams
- Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for site teams
- Support performance management and training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of HR experience (preferably in construction/engineering sector)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Ability to manage field and office workforce
- Good communication and organizational skills
