Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Indore. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding processes. Key daily responsibilities will also include implementing and managing HR policies, facilitating team-building activities, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and ensuring employee satisfaction. The role demands strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in managing training programs and development plans
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in the tech or enterprise solutions industry, is a plus
