Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an HR Manager based in Surat. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing core human resource functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, policy development, and compliance management. The role includes collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for improving workplace culture, managing payroll systems, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and fostering employee development through training and engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will also serve as a key resource for addressing employee concerns and cultivating a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Expertise in Performance Management, Employee Relations management, and Conflict Resolution.
- Proficiency in Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and Policy Development related to human resources.
- Experience in creating and implementing Employee Engagement and Training programs.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and software for data management and payroll processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
