Role Overview
We are looking for a Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit. The role requires strong experience in factory HR, statutory compliance, manpower handling, and employee relations within a plant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations at plant level including recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, factory act, statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and consultants
Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, leave management, and contract labour management
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Support plant head in administrative and HR-related matters
Conduct training and development initiatives for plant workforce
Ensure smooth functioning of contract labour and vendor compliance
Key Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
5 -10 years of experience in plant HR (preferably in Flour Mill / FMCG / Manufacturing)
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience in handling blue-collar workforce
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in plant environment
