A reputed Engineering College in Trichy is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources and Institutional Compliance functions.
📍 Location: Trichy
👨 Gender: Male
🎓 Qualification: MBA / MSW (HR) or equivalent
💼 Experience: 2+ Years Preferred
🏫 Industry Preference: Engineering College / Higher Educational Institution
Key Requirements
✅ Prior experience in an Engineering College / Educational Institution preferred
✅ Hands-on exposure to:
Anna University affiliation requirements
AICTE compliance and documentation
NAAC accreditation processes
Faculty and non-teaching staff recruitment
HR policies and employee lifecycle management
Statutory compliance, PF, ESI, labour laws
Academic and administrative documentation
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for teaching and non-teaching staff
• Handle faculty recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement
• Maintain staff records, service registers and compliance documentation
• Coordinate documentation for Anna University, AICTE and NAAC audits/inspections
• Support accreditation activities and institutional reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
• Liaise with Management, Principal, HODs and Administrative Departments
Preferred Candidate
⭐ Experience working in an Engineering College or Higher Educational Institution
⭐ Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory documentation
⭐ Strong communication, administration and people-management skills
