Role Description The HR Manager at Satkar Feed will oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities to support a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Khanna and includes managing recruitment and onboarding, employee records, and HR policies. The HR Manager will handle performance management processes, coordinate training and development initiatives, and support employee engagement and well-being programs. The role involves administering compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, and addressing employee relations matters in a fair and professional manner. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and contribute to a culture of quality, consistency, and trust.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in performance management, training coordination, and employee development.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation practices.
- Ability to manage compensation, benefits administration, and basic HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or feed/food sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Khanna and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
