About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage core HR functions including employee engagement, retention, learning & development, PMS creation, HR policies, induction & orientation, attendance management, and people management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, process-driven, and capable of building a strong employee-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute employee retention strategies.
- Create and manage Performance Management System (PMS) processes.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding orientation programs.
- Manage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and training programs.
- Handle attendance management, leave records, and HR operations.
- Partner with managers and leadership on people management and employee relations.
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
- Support performance review cycles and employee development planning.
- Organize employee engagement activities, HR events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance/documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager roles.
- Hands-on experience in creating PMS frameworks and HR policies.
- Experience in employee engagement, retention, L&D, induction, and orientation.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and attendance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Process-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Experience working on HRMS/tools is an added advantage.
