📢 We’re Hiring | HR Manager | Kolkata (Strand Road)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle core HR operations and support smooth workforce coordination at our office located on Strand Road, Kolkata.
📍 Location: Strand Road, Kolkata
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 4 years
🔹 Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling day-to-day HR operations independently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
• Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
• Plan and organize employee engagement & team bonding activities
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
• Handle basic HR documentation and compliance records
• Support overall HR administration and workforce coordination
🔹 Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
🔹 Experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong experience in recruitment and employee engagement
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial setup will be an added advantage
