Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager located in Rajkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns. The HR Manager will work directly with leadership to develop and execute strategies for employee engagement and organizational growth.

- Expertise in Payroll Management, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
