We’re Hiring: HR Manager (HRM) at Robomiracle Technologies Coimbatore
At Robomiracle, we’re building the future in Robotics & AI and entering a high-growth phase backed by strong momentum from Startup Singam and Zoho.
To scale right, we’re looking for an HR Manager who can build people, culture, and systems from the ground up.
Role Overview :
This is not a traditional HR role.
We’re looking for someone who can own hiring, culture, and team building in a fast-paced startup environment — someone who thinks like a builder, not just an executor.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end recruitment (bulk & strategic hiring)
• Build and implement HR processes, policies, and systems
• Strengthen company culture & employee engagement
• Manage onboarding, performance tracking, and retention strategies
• Work closely with founders on team scaling & org structure
• Ensure smooth handling of HR operations & compliance
What We’re Looking For :
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (startup experience preferred)
• Strong ownership mindset and execution ability
• Experience in bulk hiring / fast scaling teams
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication & people management skills
