Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team on-site at our office in New Delhi. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management programs. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting a high-performing, inclusive company culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership and team members to foster professional development and contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications:
- HR Management Skills: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Policy and Compliance: Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Employee Engagement: Proficiency in fostering a positive work culture, addressing employee concerns, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in workforce planning, training program development, and organizational development strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather data, provide insights, and recommend actionable solutions for HR challenges.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and data management tools.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and prior experience in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.
