Role Description
This full-time, on-site HR Manager role is based in Tiruppur. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies. The role also involves developing training and development programs, fostering employee engagement, and driving initiatives that align with the company's values of operational excellence and sustainability. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and ensure a positive, equitable workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in labor law compliance, HR policies, and payroll operations
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
- Capability to develop and implement training and development programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HR software platforms and tools is a plus
