Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing organizational recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning strategies. Daily responsibilities include leading talent acquisition efforts, developing employee training programs, overseeing HR policies and compliance, and fostering a collaborative company culture. The HR Manager will also ensure adherence to labor laws, mediate workplace issues, and drive employee satisfaction initiatives to support the company’s mission and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Training, and Development
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Implementation
- Strong Interpersonal, Leadership, and Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Expertise
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in technology or R&D-focused organizations is advantageous
