Patankar Consultants Pvt Ltd is a structural and civil engineering consultancy with over 35 years of experience, headquartered in Nagpur. As we grow, we're building a dedicated HR function and we seek the right person to own it.
Role Description
The HR Manager will be the first dedicated HR professional in the firm and will own the people function end-to-end. Working closely with the management and leadership team, this role is responsible for setting up and running HR systems, managing recruitment for technical and support roles, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a professional services or consultancy environment.

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc)
- Additional certification in labour law, IR, or HRMS tools is a plus
Experience
- 5–8 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Experience handling recruitment and HR operations independently is preferred.
- Experience in consultancy, engineering, architecture, construction, or professional service firms will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to setting up HR systems or processes from scratch is an added advantage.
