Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in New Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also provide guidance to department heads, lead talent acquisition initiatives, and implement career development programs to foster growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Staff Retention strategies
- Experience in HR Policy Development, Benefits Administration, and Compliance with Labor Laws
- Skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Mediation
- Demonstrated ability in Leadership, Decision Making, and Strategic Thinking
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SAP Exposure is plus .
