Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an HR Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding employees, designing and implementing HR policies, managing training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in policy development, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR systems.
- Proven ability in organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in the design or creative industry is beneficial but not required.
