Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in an on-site role based in Jaipur. This full-time position includes managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development. The role involves resolving employee relations issues, conducting regular check-ins and feedback sessions, and coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance skills and productivity. The Human Resources Manager will also analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to HR processes, while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in policy development and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills for managing employee relations and partnering with leadership.
- Ability to use HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems to track HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience designing or coordinating training, development, and talent-management programs to support organizational goals.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or similar) are an advantage.
- Previous HR management or senior HR generalist experience, ideally within HR services, consulting, or related industries.
