Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Dwarka. The HR Manager will oversee crucial human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing the recruitment and onboarding of employees. Additional responsibilities include training and development, performance management, conflict resolution, and maintaining organizational compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Workforce Planning, and Employee Relations skills
- Strong understanding of Compliance, Employment Laws, and Policy Development
- Experience with Talent Acquisition, Staff Recruitment, and Onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Training, Development, and Performance Management
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
