About the Role:
Mosh Varaya Infrastructure Limited is looking for an HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for the organization, supporting a workforce spanning corporate staff and site/field personnel typical of an infrastructure business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and site roles, including workforce planning for project-based hiring.
• Own onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires across office and site locations.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws applicable to construction/infrastructure).
• Develop and enforce HR policies, employee handbook, and disciplinary processes.
• Handle performance management: appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, and manager coaching.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution across sites and head office.
• Coordinate statutory compliance with contract labour laws (CLRA), safety-linked HR requirements, and liaison with labour authorities/inspectors.
• Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and exit management/offboarding.
• Maintain HR MIS, headcount reports, and attrition data for management review.
• Support training and development programs, including site safety orientation coordination with EHS teams.
• Manage vendor relationships for contract/manpower staffing at project sites.
Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
• 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, EPC, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, including Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, and PF/ESI regulations.
• Experience managing HR for a distributed workforce (office + site locations).
• Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Office/Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in a company handling large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Familiarity with statutory audits and labour compliance inspections.
