Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Manesar. The HR Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, payroll management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role involves maintaining employee records, fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR policies. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding processes
- Skilled in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and Compliance
- Experience in Designing HR Policies, Training, and Organizational Development
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior HR management experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
