Role Description The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes in this full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will coordinate training and development programs, support workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, managing payroll and benefits in partnership with finance, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for HR metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in IT or technology-driven organizations.
