Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based in Ernakulam. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, develop and implement HR strategies and policies, and manage employee relations. The role involves handling performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also take the lead on training and development initiatives, support organizational change, and manage payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations
- Expertise in HR Strategy, Policy Development, and Compliance with labor laws
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Benefits Administration, and Payroll Management
- Skills in Training, Development Programs, and Change Management initiatives
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record in fostering a diverse, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR managerial role preferred
