Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in Perintalmanna. The HR Manager will oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies. The role also involves managing employee relations, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating payroll and benefits. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support organizational goals and drive a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits coordination
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and performance management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive employee relations

- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
