Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ambala. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies for staff development, maintaining an engaged and motivated workforce, and supporting the leadership team with talent management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Strong skills in employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws
- Proficiency in performance management, staff development, and employee engagement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of best practices in human resource management
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an educational institution or similar environment is a plus
