Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role based in Indore, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As an HR Manager, you will oversee key human resource functions, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include defining HR policies, administering payroll, developing training programs, handling employee benefits, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruiting, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Ability to manage payroll administration and employee benefits
- Experience in performance management, employee training, and development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a financial services or investment company is advantageous
