Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, employee relations, training and development programs, and performance management. They will handle policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Managing HR records, payroll processes, and supporting business objectives through effective human resource strategies are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding skills
- Strong knowledge in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Training, Development, and Performance Management
- Policy Implementation, HR Compliance, and Organizational Development expertise
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Surat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
