Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Sumerpur. The HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and ensuring accurate HR documentation and record-keeping. The HR Manager will support managers with talent development, conduct training and orientation sessions, and help nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling employee relations, managing attendance and leave records, coordinating payroll inputs with the finance team, and providing data-driven HR reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and best practices relevant to the local and national context.
- Demonstrated skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace.
- Experience with HRIS or HR management tools, data reporting, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Ability to design and deliver training, support talent development, and work with managers on workforce planning and succession needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented or technology-driven environment is preferred.
