Role Description
As an HR Manager at JCA INNOTECH PVT. LTD., you will oversee the daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Your responsibilities will also include managing talent acquisition processes, implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, payroll management, generation of esi pf challans. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, organizing training programs, and supporting organizational development to meet company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida Ecotech3 , UP India.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in employee relations management and conflict resolution
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and performance management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with training and development initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
Budget
For this vacancy the budget is around 450000 to 55000 per month CTC consideration can be done for a deserving candidate.
