Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Collaborating with internal teams, the HR Manager will also play a key role in driving employee retention strategies and supporting organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, as well as performance management
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns effectively
- Experience in training and development initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a managerial HR role and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
